Aidan Foley
Aidan is the Founder of Glenvale, responsible for strategic leadership of the firm and our overall development portfolio. Aidan has been in leadership positions in the solar industry since 2007, playing a key role in projects valued at over one billion dollars, and has developed projects in fifteen US States and territories.
Before founding Glenvale, Aidan was Principal at BlueWave Solar and Senior Director at SunEdison. Aidan is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Technological University Dublin, and the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
Lisa Raffin
Lisa is Glenvale's Senior Director of Corporate Development, leading our portfolio and corporate transactions.
Lisa has been in the solar industry since 2009, responsible for business development and development of over 150 MW of projects. Lisa previously served as the Chief Investment Officer at a regional community solar developer. Lisa is a graduate of Tufts University.
Ari Jackson
Ari is Director of Development at Glenvale, where he is responsible for project development, including land agreements, site planning, entitlement, and community engagement.
Prior to joining Glenvale, Ari worked in the energy industry with Ridgeline Energy Analytics, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and the Cadmus Group. Ari is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Managment, the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth University, and St. Lawrence University.
ERic barron
Eric is Senior Manager of Site Origination at Glenvale, responsible for site analysis, and establishing land agreements and interconnection opportunities for our projects.
Eric previously was an Analyst for a utility-scale solar developer. Eric is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Eric De Santa Rita Vaz
Eric is Development Project Manager at Glenvale, responsible for managing projects, with special focus on the interconnection process and electrical engineering.
Eric previously was an Analyst Intern for Netzsch Technologies India. Eric is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a M.S. in Energy Systems and Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (Goa, India) with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Eric also holds a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Energy Systems from Northeastern University.
Ajay Aravindan
Ajay is Development Project Manger at Glenvale, responsible for managing projects, with special focus on the managing our project management database and project financial analysis.
Ajay is a graduate of Boston College , with a M.S. in Finance and PSG College of Technology (Coimbatore, India) with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Advait Varma
Advait is Finance Analyst at Glenvale, supporting corporate development and project finance.
Advait is a graduate of Boston College , with a M.S. in Finance. Advait has a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis from the Gujarat University, S. D. School of Commerce (Ahmedabad, India), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nirma University (Ahmedabad, India).
JOSEPH PEREIRA
Joe is Senior Director of Project Development at Glenvale, responsible for managing projects throughout their life cycle. Prior to joining Glenvale Joe held senior development roles in the wireless telecommunications industry, responsible for site selection, acquisition, title, design, entitlement, quality control and construction management.
Joe is a graduate of Stonehill College.
FEARGUS BYRNE
Feargus is a Development Analyst at Glenvale, supporting development projects, focusing on financial analysis, and database diligence.
Feargus is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a BSc in International Business, Finance and Dublin City University, with a BA in Global Business. Feargus has previously worked in the financial services industry with Brown Brother Harriman and State Street.
Padraic Dillon
Padraic is Development Analyst at Glenvale, supporting our project development activities.
Padraic has a Masters and a Bachelors Degree in Energy Systems Engineering from University of Galway.
Jaiteg Singh
Jaiteg is Senior Development Analyst at Glenvale, supporting our site origination activities.
Jaiteg has a Masters Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Horizon University (Bangalore, India). Jaiteg has returned to Glenvale, having interned with us in the fall of 2021. Before pursuing graduate studies Jaiteg worked in the aeronautic and defense industries in India.
Rachel Miramontes
Rachel has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from University of Nevada, Reno.
Rachel has returned to Glenvale, having interned with us in the fall of 2022.
Oyun-Erdene Altan-Ochir
Oyun-Erdene is Senior Engineering Manager at Glenvale, working with our project origination and development teams to plan our projects.
Prior to joining Glenvale, Oyun-Erdene was a Humphrey Fellow at the MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning, and a Fulbright Scholar. Oyun-Erdene has a Bachelor of Renewable Energy Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Prior to her Fulbright Oyun-Erdene spent seven years with Monhorus International engineering renewable energy power plants in Mongolia, including the two largest installations in Mongolia.
TYLER HOLMQUIST
Tyler is Senior Project Development Manager at Glenvale, managing projects throughout their life cycle.
Prior to joining Glenvale, Tyler worked for an award-winning Landscape Architecture firm on projects of varying scale. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Maine.
MITESHA SHREE SHAKYA
Mitesha is a Development Analyst at Glenvale, supporting our site origination activities through research and analysis related to identifying and analyzing new development opportunities.
Mitesha is a graduate of Tufts University, with a M.Sc. in Environmental Economics and Urban Planning, and Amity University with a B.A. in Economics (Honors). Mitesha also holds a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science from Tufts University.
Samantha Chasalow
Samantha is a Markets and Policy Analyst at Glenvale, supporting our teams understanding of target markets.
Samantha is a recent graduate of the Commonwealth Honors College at The University of Massachusetts Amherst where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science
SHREYA YADAV
Shreya is Financial Analyst at Glenvale, supporting corporate development and project finance.
Shreya is a graduate from Boston University, with a M.Sc. in Financial Management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from University of Delhi. Prior to joining Glenvale, Shreya interned with an Asset Management firm in Boston as a PE Fund Administrator and worked as an Analyst with an Insurance Company in India.
