Glenvale is committed to transparent and constructive engagement with public officials. We work closely with Select Boards, town managers and assessors to structure tax agreements, and establish Tax Increment Financing Districts (TIFs) and Credit Enhancement Agreements (CEAs). We work just as closely with staff and board members to ensure our projects' entitlements address community needs, and meet local codes.
We also work collaboratively with state officials, both elected officials and agency staff. We love finding ways to accommodate public policy goals in our projects, be they related to employment, economic development, environmental stewardship, or energy regulation.
If you are a public official and want to know more about our projects, and what they mean for your citizens and stakeholders please contact us.
